Due to the new Covid variant we kindly request that ALL councillors and members of the public wear masks to the meeting at the December meeting and we must socially distance. I have received concerns regarding holding the meeting face to face.
Legislation does not allow us to approve the finance info via Zoom. We need to do this as these are time critical approvals. We will therefore be meeting for a shortened meeting in light of the new and serious Covid concerns. Our plan is to cover finance primarily. Councillors will schedule a Zoom for follow up on other points at a later date or will defer to January’s meeting.
Potentially the meeting may be held outside – wrap up warm. We plan to only meet for 30 minutes or less.
If members of the public have anything they wish to raise please email to the clerk in advance as usual.
