Flexible loan scheme
The Flexible Home Improvement Loan is for property owners aged 60+. It can be used for essential repairs / renovation projects in your home. The loan is provided on a not-for-profit basis and can be re-paid on a flexible basis, for example regular monthly payments, occasional payments or no payments at all. However, the loan, plus outstanding interest, must be repaid if the home is sold or when the property is no longer vacated. More details are on the attached leaflet.
Small repair service
We are re-launching our small repairs service for anyone over 60 or with a disability. All advice is free and work costs just £18 per hour, plus materials. Please see the attached poster for more information.
