The annual Stonesfield Scouts’ Duck Race returned on Saturday 18th September after a short absence. As usual it was held next to the Evenlode Bridge at the bottom of Brook Lane and a large crowd turned out to enjoy the spectacle.
There was a BBQ, bar and a final opportunity to buy ducks.
£3009 was raised and all money will go towards the new clubhouse. Thanks to all involved in running the event and to those who came.
