Join us for an inspiring talk with award-winning garden designer Cleve West, as he takes us through a selection of his celebrated work—from intimate urban spaces to expansive country estates. As our final Winter Lecture speaker for 2025, Cleve will share the stories behind his iconic designs, including seven RHS Gold Medal-winning Chelsea Flower Show gardens, and Horatio’s Garden at the Duke of Cornwall’s Spinal Treatment Centre, Salisbury.
In this evening, Cleve will also open up about his evolving approach to gardening in response to environmental challenges. From the highs and lows of allotment gardening to innovative ideas for sustainable garden design, Cleve brings his vast experience and passion for meaningful, resilient landscapes.
Details of the rest of the series (Guy Shrubsole, Anne Swithinbank etc) are on the OBGA website: Winter Lectures 2025 | Oxford Botanic Garden and Arboretum
