Summer Read finally ended with Mischief Makers – Childrens’ Reading Competition Winners at the Medal Ceremony on 12th September at the Village Hall.

74 children registered for the challenge, 56 completed it and these were invited to a presentation ceremony where they received a fun gift pack as well as a medal.

To recap: The Summer Reading Challenge takes place every year during the summer holidays. You can sign up at your local library, then read library books of your choice to complete the Challenge.
