A full planning application for the erection of 13 dwellings (50% Affordable) with associated infrastructure and access, open space and landscaping and ancillary works has been made on behalf of J A Pye (Oxford) Ltd.
The revised application is for a residential development on land to the south of the previously approved residential development at Charity Farm.
The proposals have been altered in that the number of dwellings has been reduced to 13 and these have been located to the west of the site, and significant landscaping introduced at the edge of proposed development with the east of the site is retained as agriculture. The proposal is in the form of a Phase 2 extension to the development.
