There was an attempt to break into a garage on the night of 6 July between 1.40 and 1.48 am at a home on The Ridings.
The owner heard them as the drive is gravelled. The owner went out with a bright light, shouting at them causing them to run away. There were 3 of them. They then got into a car and drove off. The police were called.
