A reminder that Pye submitted revisions to their plans for the land south of William Buckland Way. These revised plans are now for 13 houses (6 ‘affordable’) but appears to allow for an option for a ‘Phase 3’. Design still has red brick and red tile roofing in spite of many objection to the use of these non-Cotswold materials.
