Cala Homes have made an application for full planning permission for 5 new dwellings on land immediately to the west of North Farm.
The development site amounts to an area of 1.18 Ha, and the section of land to be donated to the village amounts to an area of 0.58 Ha.
The proposal includes for a group of 5 four and five bedroom homes of varied size and design. On plot parking for all dwellings and additional visitor parking is provided at the end of the cul-de-sac in between plots 3 and 4.
