Nominations are now open and may be delivered to Council Offices, West Oxfordshire District Council. Witney, OX28 1NB between 27 March and 4pm on 4 April 2023.
Nominations can not be accepted by post – they must be hand delivered.
Nomination forms can be obtained via the Parish Clerk by emailing clerk@stonesfieldpc.uk with your full address or from West Oxfordshire council offices.
Important: Requests for forms from the clerk must be sent no later than 27th March.
