The WODC Planning Committee made a site visit to the Manor Field on Thursday 2 July. The visit lasted about one hour. The committee viewed the site from the Combe Road before entering the field via the Manor Drive. Around 50 people gathered to see the visit, thank you to those who came to show support for their opposition to this application.
Following on from Wednesday’s Parish Council meeting, the Parish Council today submitted a formal letter to the WODC Monitoring Officer, highlighting the inaccuracies and omissions in the Planning Officer’s report and statements at the recent June Planning Committee meeting. WODC has today advised that there has been a change to the application and the hearing previously scheduled to take place on Monday 6 July has now been deferred.
