A statement from Gigaclear dated 19th March 2021
We are currently installing our ultrafast fibre broadband network in your community. Although it is very rare, we do occasionally disrupt an existing utility connection while digging our trenching for our network, as it is not always possible to locate the existing cable. This has happened in Stonesfield to a part of the Openreach network, and Openreach are currently on site working to rectify the situation as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. We would advise affected residents to contact their internet service provider to register a service issue if they have not done so already.
