Oxfordshire County Council have big ambitions for the county, set out out in our new transport plan.
At its heart is the delivery of a zero carbon transport network by 2040 which will be achieved by ensuring the need to travel is reduced, and that walking, cycling, public and shared transport are the natural first choice.
