Litter pickers, hi-vis jackets and gloves at the ready! This year’s village spring clean (litter pick) will be on Sunday 8th March, from 9am, meeting at the Sports & Social Club (SSSC). The SSSC are kindly opening up early and providing tea, coffee, and bacon baps (plus the use of their facilities throughout the morning.)

We will follow the same productive format as in 2019, but a few weeks earlier in March this year, before the verges, hedges, and undergrowth, cover over the litter. Please wear suitable clothing / footwear (hi-vis jacket if possible) and bring gloves, plus litter pickers (if you have one), with you. Additional litter pickers, bags etc. will be provided by West Oxfordshire District Council (WODC).

Children are very welcome to attend but are the responsibility of their parent/grand-parent/carer and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. All attendees will be asked to register upon arrival (for insurance purposes) and litter picking will commence after a short health & safety briefing.

Any questions, please do ask. Hopefully there will be less litter to collect than last year… We look forward to seeing you there. Thank you in advance for your support!
